Barbabatch Mac MP3 Converter

If converting is your thing and you have a load of extra cash, Barbabatch is for you. With the optional Fraunhofer encoder, Barbabatch will convert to MP3 in a variety of bitrates. The new version 3 also supports Real Audio G2, QDesign, and Quicktime 4 formats.

While Barbabatch has won many awards, it probably is not suited to the average Mac user due to its $395 price tag. However, if you are a professional and need to convert to over 40 sound formats while adding a few extras, check it out.
