CDMaster32 is an all in one MP3 converter with ripping, encoding, decoding, and burning capabilities.  The program is shareware and adware.  Registering the program for $30 will remove the ads and shareware restrictions and let you burn CDs at the supported speed of your hardware.

The program has a fairly simple interface that most will recognize.  MP3 conversion capabilities can be accessed through the 'Record' pull down menu at the top of the program.  Encoding is done with the LAME encoder with selectable bitrates from 32 to 320.  Files can be batch encoded to save time with large projects.  Decoding is done with the Xaudio decoder which is fairly decent.  The burning utility could not be tested due to an incompatibility with Adaptec's DirectCD which I didn't want to remove.  However, according to the software author, CDMaster32 automatically converts all files to be burned to WAV 44.1 khz 16 bit audio for assured CD quality.

Overall you get a lot for your money with CDMaster32.  It is a worthwhile program to try and see if it fits your MP3 needs.  For $30, the price may be worth all the features of the registered version.
