MP3 to All Converter isn't just your average decoder. This program will convert MP3 to WAV, WMA, VQF, and OGG Vorbis format. Like many others, the program will convert an MP3 file by simply right clicking on it. You can also access the dialogue box (shown right) and manually add files and choose your settings.

MP3 to All Converter is a good idea but it really doesn't do enough for its registration price of $18.95. You can get OGG, VQF, and WMA encoders for free elsewhere. Also, the program only uses WMA 7 format which is not the latest technology from Microsoft.

If you want several conversion programs in one, give it a try. If not, there are better encoder decoder combos out there like MP3 to WAVE Converter Plus, AltoMP3 Maker, or N-Koder.
