PC Music claims to be an all in one MP3 converter with ripping, encoding, decoding and burning functions.  I found it to be more of an incomplete development project.

The program was very difficult to use and I could not get anything on it to work.  There was no help file available from the program interface, you have to go to the program install folder instead.  Every time I tried to use it, I would get the same annoying error.

With that, PC Music is not worth downloading and installing on your computer.  Take a look at the products to the left for better MP3 converter options.
