Rosoft Audio Tools is a package of 4 tools that do all you need in MP3 converting except making custom CDs.

The CD Extractor is a ripping utility that makes accurate copies of the originals.  You can set the tool to encode on the fly as it rips to avoid having any large temporary WAVE files.  The MP3 Encoder is now LAME which does an excellent job.  Included in the encoder interface is the ability to add an mp3 file, highlight, and convert to WAVE (decode) quickly.  The Audio Recorder takes audio played through your sound card and can record them into tracks, making it possible to convert your LPs or tapes into digital audio.  The Media Player lives up to its name and even plays video with the proper codecs installed.

The free version contains adware that will show a pop-up window or interstitial every 15 minute while you are connected to the Internet. In the free version Rosoft MP3 Encoder is limited to 30 days trial.  Registration is $30 for the complete audio tools package.
