YAMP is a
complete MP3 conversion package for converting MP3 to WAV, WAV
to MP3, and CD to WAV or MP3. YAMP is very easy
to use and includes low and high-pass frequency filters, and
variable bit rate encoding for customizable sound quality and
file size. It also functions as a WAV mixer, resampler, editor, and normalizer. The program also encodes and decodes OGG Vorbis files.
